If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or like you’re carrying more than your share emotionally—you’re not alone. You might be going through a major life change, feeling weighed down by depression or anxiety, or noticing that your relationships leave you feeling drained instead of supported.
I work with individuals across the lifespan and gender identities, but I specialize in working with young adult women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, codependency, and chronic illness. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable women who have spent years putting others first—and are now realizing it’s time to turn some of that care inward.
My background includes supporting active duty military, working with individuals facing cancer and chronic illness, and providing grief and trauma-focused care. These experiences continue to shape the compassionate, grounded approach I bring to therapy today.
In our work together, I offer a space where you can slow down and reconnect with yourself. My style is warm, collaborative, and curious—we’ll look at what’s not working, explore and understand the deeper patterns, and build tools for lasting change. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to create a life that feels more like you.
